EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 17, 2004--Leijac Digital Entertainment America, Inc. today announced that Jet Phoenix™ has shipped to retailers nationwide for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system and the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft. Jet Phoenix is rated "T" for Teen and carries a suggested retail price of $39.99.
Jet Phoenix puts players in the cockpit of an experimental strike fighter across eight stages of 3D aerial combat. The game's signature Rebirth System turns defeat into opportunity: when the player's fighter is shot down, it can rise from the flames with dramatically increased firepower. The console versions add two-player split-screen cooperative and versus play, a 30-mission Challenge Mode, and unlockable fighters.
