EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 8, 2002--Leijac of America, Inc. today announced that Galvan™: Steel Warrior for the PlayStation® game console has shipped to retailers across North America. The company's first release carries a suggested retail price of $19.99 and is rated "T" for Teen.
Originally released in Japanese arcades in 1994, Galvan: Steel Warrior is a one-on-one 2D fighting game featuring eight armored warriors, each with a unique set of special moves, and the Overdrive System, which rewards aggressive play with a devastating finishing attack. The home version adds Survival and Training modes along with two hidden boss characters.
